How Rejuvenation Coaching Works

What to expect

No two clients are the same so it is hard to be specific

  • Career coaching – 6-10 coaching sessions (more if needed) at regular intervals to suit your needs. Each session is usually 1 hour. Sessions can include personality testing, a variety of coaching exercises, powerful questions and client led conversation - always ending with agreed actions that help move you towards bigger goals.

  • CV development – Involves a detailed look at your current CV, a skills audit, discussion session, revised CV and feedback session.

  • Job applications – Be given help to identify where to look for jobs, who to target prospectively or who to network with. We can also help you write covering letters and fill out applications that employers will take notice of. We can even proof read and edit before you send them off.

  • Interview preparation –  You can learn techniques and tools to help you build confidence and present yourself in the best way you can. This can involve (depending on what you need) practicing interview questions, role plays, stress reduction techniques and discussion of fears and barriers to success. When current circumstances will allow it again, we also offer short ‘interview skills’ day courses for up to 6 people at a time.

How will we work together?

We can either meet in person or talk on the phone or video call, or a mix, whichever suits you. Coaching sessions usually last an hour and will always end with you committing to action.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on what you’d like to achieve but typically 6-10 sessions at regular intervals can be enough. However, this can vary person to person. During our initial conversation we will talk about your goals and aspirations and how long you would ideally like the coaching process to last.

We work together based on the value of providing practical support, encouragement and accountability but we are also not afraid to be kindly challenging when needed.

What’s the investment?

I want the kind of support we offer to be accessible to as many people as possible, who feel they need it. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale based on affordability ranging from between £45 and £65 per hour for career and interview coaching.

CV development, if done as a standalone service is, in almost all cases, a fixed fee of £75.

We offer a discounted rate for block bookings.

For every client a free 30 minute getting to know you session is offered for you to find out more and to help you assess whether you think career coaching can help you.
